WHAT HAPPENS IF I CLICK ‘BOOK BOOK’ When you click on request book, you review the material and price information, and you are ready to book. The ‘Book Request’ process allows you to provide your personal details, credit card details and send a message to the Property Manager to ‘Book Request’. Please note, a ‘Request Request’ is not confirmed until the request has been ‘Approved’ by the Property Manager.
WHY do you want mine? You must provide your name, surname, email, phone number and address. When submitting an application to the Property Manager, only your name will be shared with the Property Manager for the purpose of the application. Can I ask a question to the property manager? Yes. You can click on ‘Ask a question’ before submitting an application. This will be forwarded to the Property Manager. Or, when submitting an application, you have the option to enter your question or simply enter yourself. A message will be sent with the request.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PRESS WITHDRAWAL REQUEST? This is the last page of the reservation request. Here we ask for your credit card information. Holiday with Dogs uses a payment method called eWAY. A platform in Australia that facilitates online payments between tourists and Holidays with Dogs. eWAY is PCI DSS Compliant. WILL MY CARD STILL WORK? When you enter credit card information, the payment is not taken immediately. Through eWAY, your information is stored in a Token and securely stored on eWAY’s PCI DSS compliant servers until the Data Controller reviews your request. WHAT DOES A TARGET DRIVER DO? A notice will be sent to the Property Manager containing details of your length of stay, number of adults, children and dogs. They have to review the application details and ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ the application.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PROSPECTIVE ADMINISTRATOR AGREES TO THE USE? If the reservation has been ‘Approved’ by the Property Manager, your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation. You will be sent a booking confirmation email. The Property Manager will be provided with all information and will contact you regarding access to the property and other matters related to your stay. If there is a refund for the booking, this will not be paid until 48 hours before check-in.
