Each time we go on a new adventure with the Duchess. This little poodle is only 10 months old, we will write here. That’s right, we’ve rounded up some fun day trips from Toronto. We love you so much People tell us how much you love our dog goals. We love you too! It was certainly a learning curve walking with the Duchess. But it means a lot to us when we are able to take him on family trips.
Is Toronto pet friendly? Heck yes! Despite its reputation as a concrete jungle, Toronto is also home to many parks. Dog runs and more, especially urban neighborhoods like the one in College Park. There is also a lot of greenery, which makes it easy to interact with your dog.
It’s time to introduce Toronto to our series of dog-friendly destinations. We have lived here for many years and even now we are less than an hour away, now you can see posts. Discover Dog-friendly Beaches In Ontario
We absolutely loved our stay in Chelsea. And now we understand why families want to come here so much.
While not a fully indoor park in Toronto, the Chelsea Hotel’s Family Fun Center has many water park elements, such as the fun Corkscrew Waterslide, which runs partially from the building.

Pinery Provincial Park
Cherry Beach Dog Park is awesome and by far the only beach area I know of for dogs.
When patio season is in full swing, few cities are better than Toronto. This category will continue to grow. Time goes by and other content Much more in my pet friendly hotels in Toronto post.
Black Lab Brewing is a wonderful place to eat and drink on a rainy day in Toronto. Because technically this is not a restaurant. (Although food is served) The dog is allowed in the house.
I love that Mildred’s Temple Kitchen is dog friendly. They also have small cookies and a glass of water at the entrance to the patio that says: “Dogs deserve one of the best breakfast spots in Toronto, too.”

We have had a trip to Lake Placid for a while with the details above. While I decided to check out the local pee breaks, I told the kids that Ottawa could be a good place and they were happy to come back. It’s been a few years now and it’s one of their favorite cities.

There are so many things to do with your dog in Ottawa that this post will take at least one visit to complete…but you’d be hard-pressed to get it all done in one weekend, it seems.
Finally it is here to stay. This is a really nice hotel that feels luxurious from the moment the valet takes your car keys. Some hotels also have pet dogs. And this dog is no different. It is definitely the more expensive option of the two. But for those who want a little fun in life, this is the place. Small dog collar decorated with precious stones.

We have stayed at the Westin many times over the years. But last winter was the first time we stayed in a hotel in Ottawa. And for many dogs, the Westin Ottawa is also a good test for those who are sure they are house trained. Many floors and between waiting for the elevator and crossing the street is real grass, it’s an event.

We know from years of walking the pedestrian village that people love to bring their dogs to Tremblant, but before we were dog parents, we didn’t know that the village was so pet-friendly that they had signs that stores can deliver to their doors. . I forgot how many displays often have green hearts on them. This is the rule rather than the exception.
Summer will be the real test for Tremblant when we no longer have a puppy. and maybe go on a trip And maybe even try cycling with the duchess. And for the restaurants… While we don’t have a problem with the duchess’s exercise and mental friendliness, it’s a little surprising that given how pet-friendly the outdoor heated patio (Lucille’s) is, it’s confusing about its pet policy.

We love to introduce Duchess to Mont-Tremblant’s favorite ski resorts It is a ski-in/ski-out only property.
And they love dogs. (Actually they have house dogs and they have their dog house in the lobby).

9 Dog-friendly Vacations In Ontario
We have stayed at the pet friendly Fairmont Tremblant many times. But this is the first time we took a dog. And it was very successful. (Photo taken with iPhone 14 Pro)
This is because the village is pedestrian only. It is a dream to walk without worrying about cars or roads. There are other dogs. There are many people in the village. This will give your dog lots of socializing opportunities. We met another dog who said his dog was not social enough.

This is one area where Tremblant can improve your pet’s friendship. I’m not sure if Quebec’s restaurant regulations prohibit dogs. Is it legal to keep pets (other than service animals) with family on outdoor patios? But we were surprised to learn that even though a new heated patio had opened in the last few days of our visit, Lucille didn’t seem to have a dog-friendly environment. Aside from room service unfortunately, there is no option to add a fifth member in our dining experience. We look forward to our visit when the weather is warm.
