Let2offset is a contractual rental product that offers guaranteed rental income at a reduced rate (calculated annually) to eligible landlords in return for a specified number of rental breaks. It allows eligible owners to pay for the site and receive rental income in 12 equal monthly installments. The monthly site payment is calculated after deducting the rental income.
“No site charge for Let2offset until 2031” is available at 33 parks including Burnham, Cardigan View, Far Grange, Garragh Van, Lidstep Beach, River Sands and Sea View. Rental income varies by model, model and location. The monthly site fee does not include ongoing costs, eg. Water and electricity, prices and insurances.

An example of ‘No Site Fees until 2031’ from Let2offset is the purchase of a 3 bed Atlas Sahara holiday home in Primrose Valley with a site fee of £585.00 per month (including £45 discount). Monthly rental income £803.67. The monthly difference is £218.67 which is credited to the owner’s account. Rental income and site charges are subject to an annual value analysis, and the monthly costs of site charges and rental income shown in the example are based on 2024 figures.
