Although we didn’t make it, this Red Roof Plus+ is conveniently located minutes from downtown Austin, SOCO and the airport. I prefer to stay in hotels outside the city because I am a dreamer. This hotel was very quiet.

Many people adopted pigs during the pandemic and now want to travel with their families. Our 7 pet friendly rooms were not enough to meet the needs, so this year we are converting 4 more guest house rooms to pet friendly rooms. Thus, we have 11 pet-friendly rooms available: (4) single rooms, (3) one queen room, (2) two full bedrooms and (2) family rooms.

With a 1/3 mile walking trail through 8 acres of forest, our grounds are lined with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs and fire rings, giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with your dog. We allow 3 pets per room. There are no type or size restrictions, but pets must be kept on a leash and checked when leaving the property. There is a $10/day/pet fee for cleaning and dressing and bed scratching.
