Do you want to interrupt your trip? Get off at Colyford station, cross the road at the White Hart pub and follow the River Coly to Colyton station. This hike is great, especially in the sun because it’s not under the trees. You will also see to and from Colliton. Before you head south again, why not enjoy a drink or a meal in our cafe.
Part of this walk also connects to the East Devon Way which, as the South West Coast Path, connects Exmouth with Lyme Regis on the journey inland. East Devon Road crosses part of our railway line – just make sure you look both ways before crossing!
If you have your own car, you can also visit the Morgan Hayes Forest Trail, a forest trail of approximately 3km, 5 minutes from Seaton and Coliton on the A3052.
